Q: Can I register someone for a course that isn’t me?
A: No, all course registrations should be registered for by the learner who intends to take the course.

Q: Can I bulk register my team for a course?
A: No, we do not allow bulk registrations for YOUniversity by GSLA courses. If you have a special request and would like to discuss possible options, please contact [email protected].


Q: I’m trying to register for a course but my login credentials aren’t working, how can I register?
A: YOUniversity by GSLA is a members-only benefit. If you or your community is a member of GSLA and your login is not working, please contact [email protected] to have your password reset.

Q: Are all courses in YOUniversity by GSLA CEU eligible. 
A: No, some courses posted in YOUniversity by GSLA are not CEU eligible. You may find CEU eligibility on the description page under the Learning Objectives.

Q: How can I change my email address associated with my account?
A: Please do not change your email address associated with your account as this may limit your access to the courses you’ve registered for. Contact [email protected] to ask about updating your email address. 


Q: I registered for a course, why can’t I access it?

A: It may take several minutes for the registration to go through. Please log out, close all browser windows, and try logging into https://gsla.mclms.net/en/ with your GSLA username and password again. If you’re still experiencing issues, please contact [email protected].

Q: I’m taking a course but do not see supplementary materials. Where can I find them?
A: Supplementary materials are not available for all courses. If a course has supplementary materials, you can find them in the document window below the media progress bar or in the Files Attached section on the right side.

Q: Why can’t I access the Post-Assessment of a course I’ve started?
A: The Post-Assessment to each course will release after 80% of the media file has played through without skipping. After the media content has reached the appropriate time, the Post-Assessment will be accessible.

Q: I’ve successfully completed a course, where can I find my certificate?
A: Click My Account in the top right corner, then click My Certificates. You may also find your certificate in your email inbox.


Q: Where can I find courses I’ve already started but haven’t finished yet?

A:  Click My Account in the top right corner, then click My Courses. You’ll see the list of courses you’ve started and/or completed. 

Q: What happens if I fail the post-assessment?
A: You may retake the post-assessment as many times as needed to receive a passing score.


Q: Do I have to complete and pass the post-assessment per course?

A: Yes, in order to successfully complete a course, you must take and pass the post-assessment. If you do not take and pass the post-assessment, the course will remain incomplete and you will not earn the associated CEUs.

Q: I’ve successfully completed a course, why isn’t it showing in my NAB account?
A: CEUs earned through YOUniversity are reported on a monthly basis with your NAB ID provided during registration. If you do not see your attendance reflected in your NAB account one month after you’ve completed the course, please contact GSLA with your NAB ID at [email protected] and we will submit the following month. 


Q: Do I have to have an NAB account to take a course?
A: No, you do not have to have an NAB account to take a course. NAB accounts are typically created by learners who have an Administrator license to maintain and would like to track the CEUs they earn. Having a CEU tracker is recommended to save time during the License renewal process which requires transcripts of CEUs earned within the renewal period.


Q: The name on my certificate is incorrect, how can I fix this?
A: The name on certificates should match the name on the GSLA Account and Profile of the course registrant. If this is incorrect, please contact [email protected] to update if needed.
