Description: AI – Have you heard of it? Conversations about AI surround us. As we attempt to innovate and grow as an industry, many senior living providers are asking: what does this mean for me?     To fully capture the value of AI in today’s senior living landscape, an understanding of where we have been, where we are, and where we are going with AI is fundamental. This session will give a brief overview on AI’s development history, it’s current state, and what we can expect in the future. With that understanding in place, we will walk through sales and marketing applications of AI tools, and share tactical recommendations for how to prepare for and use AI as part of your sales and marketing strategy.
